In the temporary exhibition space, the exhibition «National Stadium: from Sonho to Concretização» portrayed the origins of the National Stadium, starting with the emergence of the idea in the sports context and in the press of the 1930s and the request for a stadium by the associative movement to Salazar. It covers the choice of the site in the Jamor valley, the competition and the preliminary projects, the construction, the intervention of Francisco Caldeira Cabral and Miguel Jacobetty, until the inauguration of the Stadium in 1944.
